ABOUT
McKinney Brain Integration
Brain Integration is All About Connection!
Connection- to ourselves, to our world, and to each other- is at the core of our humanity. It it what makes us, our relationships, our families, and our communities THRIVE. Its adds meaning, purpose and satisfaction to our lives.
However, it can very difficult to experience connection when communication within the brain is not optimal. After a while we lose confidence, become frustrated, anxious, resentful, or withdrawn. We can miss out on so much of what life has to offer.
In order to bring our best forward – to experience what we’re really capable of – we need a fully integrated brain.
I fully believe in the body’s innate desire to and ability to heal itself when it is presented with the opportunity. I believe that Brian Integration quickly and gently creates an opportunity for it to do so, and have seen amazing outcome in myself and in those I love. I am committed to serving our beautiful community and look forward to learning how I can be of help.
Brain Integration is All About Connection!
I have been a physical therapist for more than 25 years, and I have seen many people struggle with all types of cognitive issues. Whether it is a learning issue, head injury, or brain fog from an illness, a glitch in the brain can make things so much harder than it otherwise could be! Even simple tasks and interactions become difficult, and the closest relationships strained. Making it through the demands of a “normal” day can be frustrating and exhausting.
I love that so much of my past educational and experiential background can now be directly applied to my brain integration practice. My experience in the health care field, my intimate knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and my background in coaching methods, counseling, bodywork, holistic nutrition, and clinical instructing have given me a strong foundation from which to provide you with professional, insightful, and quality care.
After years of working in healthcare, I am so excited to offer this wonderful modality. It is a tremendous gift and a privilege to be able to use my skills and help the people of our community in this way!
